These Terms of Use ("Terms") are binding on all individuals and entities who access, visit, and use our website, mobile applications, and digital services (collectively, "Services"). Your use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with these Terms, your access to the Services is unauthorized.

Local Operation: The Services are controlled and operated by Atlas Motors from our headquarters in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Governing Law: By using our Services, you agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the Services, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions.

Legal Venue: You agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

Age Requirement: The Services are intended only for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who have the capacity to enter into a valid contract.

Atlas Motors specializes in providing quality pre-owned vehicles at competitive prices. To maintain these prices, we operate under the following strict sales guidelines:

"AS-IS" Status: Unless otherwise stated in writing through a separate third-party service contract, ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD "AS-IS" WITH NO DEALER WARRANTY.

Finality of Sale: Atlas Motors does not allow returns, refunds, or exchanges. Once the purchase documents are executed and the vehicle is delivered, the transaction is final.

Pre-Purchase Inspection: We strongly encourage every customer to perform a thorough inspection, including a test drive and an independent mechanical inspection (at the buyer's expense), prior to finalizing a purchase.

Disclaimer of Warranties: Atlas Motors disclaims all implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Atlas Motors provides access to third-party lending institutions to assist you in securing vehicle financing.

Independent Parties: You acknowledge that these lenders are independent third parties and are not agents, employees, or partners of Atlas Motors.

No Guarantee: Atlas Motors does not guarantee credit approval, specific interest rates, or loan terms. All financing decisions are made solely by the third-party lenders based on their own criteria.

Liability Disclosure: Atlas Motors is not liable for any errors, omissions, or disputes arising from your contract with a third-party lender. We encourage you to read all loan documents carefully before signing.

We use high-fidelity video, photography, and audio to provide an immersive "Atlas Authentic" look at our inventory.

Sensory Representation: While we aim for our videos to accurately capture the visuals (paint, interior) and sounds (engine starts, exhaust notes) of our vehicles, digital displays and audio hardware vary. These clips are for demonstrative purposes only and do not replace an in-person inspection.

User Engagement: When you interact with our social media (sharing, tagging, or commenting), you grant Atlas Motors a royalty-free, perpetual license to use that interaction for marketing purposes.

Intellectual Property: All custom media, including "cold start" videos and drone footage, is the property of Atlas Motors and may not be used for commercial purposes or to train AI models without written consent.

To protect our digital environment and local business, you are prohibited from:

Scraping & Bots: Using any robot, spider, or automated device to "scrape," "data mine," or extract inventory listings, prices, or multimedia.

AI Misuse: Utilizing our website content to develop, improve, or train machine learning models or related AI technologies.

Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or falsely stating an affiliation with Atlas Motors when using our online finance application or contact forms.

Disruption: Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the website or any transaction being conducted on the site.

Inventory Updates: All vehicles are subject to prior sale. We recommend calling 405-672-7000 to confirm a vehicle is physically on the lot before traveling to our location.

Corrections: In the event a vehicle is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or technical glitch, Atlas Motors reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the vehicle listed at the incorrect price.

Our Services may integrate artificial intelligence tools, including AI-powered chatbots and automated lead processing.

Non-Binding Outputs: Any response generated by an AI tool regarding vehicle availability, pricing, or financing eligibility is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute a binding offer or contract.

Verification Required: You are responsible for independently verifying any AI-generated information with a human staff member at Atlas Motors.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of any "Inputs" (queries or data) you provide to our AI features.

Binding Arbitration: You and Atlas Motors agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be settled by binding arbitration in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

Waiver of Jury Trial: By agreeing to arbitration, you waive your right to a trial by jury or to have a judge decide your case in a court of law.

Individual Basis Only: You may only bring claims against Atlas Motors in your individual capacity. You waive the right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, mass arbitration, or representative proceeding.

Entire Agreement: These Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Atlas Motors regarding the Services.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
